Under [Article 60B of the FSMA Regulated Activities Order 2001](https://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2001/544/article/60B), lending to a body corporate is not a regulated "credit agreement". So Credicorp's business lending sits outside the FCA's consumer-credit regime: no FCA authorisation is required, and the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) and Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) do not apply to it.
