2024 — Credicorp Limited opens for business
Credicorp Limited (company number 16093826) is incorporated and begins lending to UK limited companies and LLPs under Credicorp Loan and, later, Credicorp Flex and Credicorp Slice.
2025 — the Credicorp trade mark is registered
UK Trade Mark Registration No. UK00004156742 for the figurative Credicorp mark is entered on the UK register, covering financial services and related classes, held by Credicorp Limited, the operating lender.
April 2026 — the coexistence agreement
CM Beyer Limited files the related figurative Creditcorp mark on 28 April 2026. Because the two marks are visually and phonetically close, Credicorp Limited and CM Beyer Limited enter a mutual trademark coexistence, consent and licensing agreement on 30 April 2026 so both names can be used, worldwide, without either company challenging the other. 14–15 July 2026 — Credit Corp Group Limited is set up
The group company is incorporated on 14 July 2026 and adopts the name Credit Corp Group Limited (company number 17338274) on 15 July 2026. Over time it is intended to become the principal operating company for the lending business, though setting up the company does not, by itself, move any customer contracts or trade marks.
24 July 2026 — the Creditcorp trade mark is registered
UK Trade Mark Registration No. UK00004379570 for the figurative Creditcorp mark is entered on the UK register, with CM Beyer Limited as its registered proprietor, covering advertising and business administration (Class 35) and financial, banking and credit services (Class 36).
Now — parallel brands
Credicorp and Credit Corp Group run alongside each other. Credicorp Limited remains the lender on every agreement, and credicorp.co.uk continues in full with the same Credicorp products and service. Keep using Credicorp exactly as before.

The lending business, customer agreements and trade marks are intended to move to Credit Corp Group Limited in stages, with Credicorp Limited stepping back gradually, until Credit Corp Group takes over as the principal operating company.
