On 24 July 2026, the UK Intellectual Property Office registered the figurative Credit Corp trade mark. CM Beyer Limited (company number 17009212) is the proprietor, under UK Trade Mark Registration No. UK00004379570, in Class 35 (advertising, marketing and business administration) and Class 36 (financial, banking and credit services). The mark was filed on 28 April 2026 and is renewable every ten years from that date.
How this sits alongside the Credit Corp mark
Credit Corp Group Limited remains the registered proprietor of UK Trade Mark Registration No. UK00004156742 for the figurative Credit Corp mark, in Class 36 and Class 45. The two marks are held by two different companies within the same group and coexist under the mutual trademark coexistence, consent and licensing agreement signed on 30 April 2026. The full background is in our earlier article, Trademark coexistence with CM Beyer Limited and the Credit Corp brand.
What this means for customers
For customers of Credit Corp Group Limited, nothing changes. Your lender is still Credit Corp Group Limited (company number 17338274), your agreement and account are exactly as before, and you continue to deal with us under the Credit Corp brand. Credit Corp is the primary brand name you will see in marketing, and the Credit Corp spelling stays on the legal entity and the loan products.
