What the move to Credit Corp Group means

Credit Corp Group is now active as our group company, and Credicorp is joining it. Here is a plain, scoped list of what that means — and does not mean — for you.

Our new name

The short version

What is happening now

  • Credit Corp Group Limited is set up and active as the group company.
  • Credicorp is joining the group, and Credicorp Limited is still the lender on your agreement.
  • You keep using Credicorp — the same website, the same customer area — exactly as before.

What does not change today

Nothing about the lender you are dealing with, or your agreement, changes right now. Credicorp Limited (company number 16093826) remains the lender on every Credicorp Loan, Credicorp Flex or Credicorp Slice agreement. Your payment schedule, your contact channels and your terms stay exactly as agreed.

What changes over time

The plan is for the lending business, customer agreements and trade marks to move to Credit Corp Group Limited in stages. None of that is done yet, and none of it happens without clear notice to you first. See the roadmap for the phases, or what stays the same for the fuller list.

Questions answered here

Do I need to do anything?

No. There is nothing to sign, confirm or update because Credit Corp Group is now active. If your agreement ever needs action from you, we contact you directly through the usual channels — never only through a change of branding.

Will my email or account portal change?

Not as part of this. If a specific service change is ever planned (for example a new domain for account access), we will announce it separately with clear notice — this page is about the group transition, not your account infrastructure.
