Your Credicorp Loan, under the Credit Corp name
A direct answer for existing Credicorp Loan customers: your agreement is unaffected by the Credit Corp brand refresh.
What stays exactly the same
If you hold a Credicorp Loan, the Credit Corp brand refresh does not touch your agreement. The lender is, and remains, Credit Corp Group Limited (company number 17338274). Your interest rate, repayment dates, total cost of credit, no personal guarantee, and the fact that the company — not you personally — is the borrower are all unchanged.
- Same lender: Credit Corp Group Limited, on both credicorp.co.uk and creditcorp.co.uk.
- Same product name: Credicorp Loan (the product keeps its Credicorp name even on this Credit Corp-branded site).
- Same repayment schedule, bank details and Key Information Sheet terms.
- Same support, complaints and payment routes.
What you might notice
The public site uses Credit Corp. Product and account routes use Credicorp where they refer to Credicorp Loan or Credit Corp Group Limited; both names identify the same lender. If you are ever unsure, our company details page and the Companies House register both confirm the same entity behind either name.

Yes. Credit Corp Group Limited (company number 17338274) is the lender named in your credit agreement, whichever domain you are reading this on. The Credit Corp wordmark is a site name, not a new lender.
Will my repayment dates, balance or bank details change?
No. Your repayment schedule, outstanding balance, total cost of credit and our bank details for collection stay exactly as set out in your existing agreement and Key Information Sheet.
Why does the site look different from when I applied?
We introduced the Credit Corp (with a “t”) wordmark alongside our established Credicorp (with an “i”) name. The product you hold — the Credicorp Loan — keeps its product name; only the site branding around it has changed.
Who do I contact about my loan?
Use the same routes as before: make a payment, contact us, or sign in to your customer portal. Nothing about how you reach us has changed.
