What this page is
Credit Corp Group Limited offers three short-term business-credit products for UK limited companies and LLPs. They share the same principles — company-only borrowing, no personal guarantee, AI-assisted decisions and same-day funding — but each is a different shape of funding for a different need. This page sets them side by side so you can match the product to the need.
The three products are:
- Business Loan — one fixed sum for one fixed, short period. Best for a single, defined cost.
- Credicorp Flex — a revolving facility you draw, repay and redraw against a limit. Best for recurring or unpredictable short gaps.
- Credicorp Slice — spread one specific, dated bill into instalments. Best for a known outgoing you want to smooth.
You will not find figures on this page. For the exact loan and facility sizes, terms, daily interest rate, fees and the total-cost cap, see the machine-readable references at /ai.md and /llms-full.txt, which are generated from the live pricing source and kept as the single source of truth. We do not restate those numbers here.
Who Credit Corp lends to
Credit Corp Group Limited lends only to UK limited companies and LLPs for business purposes. We do not lend to consumers or to sole traders. Because we lend to a body corporate for its business, this lending sits outside the FCA consumer-credit regime — see Exempt-business-lender framing below.
Credit Corp Group Limited is registered in England and Wales under company number 17338274 and is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZC189608. **

Which product fits which need
The simplest way to choose is to start from the shape of your need, not the amount.
Choose a Business Loan when : you have one defined cost — a supplier order, a piece of equipment, a one-off project, an urgent repair — and you want a single fixed sum for a single fixed short period, then to be done.
Choose Credicorp Flex when : your need is recurring or unpredictable — seasonal swings, lumpy supplier terms, repeated short gaps between money out and money in — and you want a limit you can draw against, repay, and draw again as headroom frees up.
Choose Credicorp Slice when : you have one specific, dated bill with a known amount — a tax or VAT bill, an insurance renewal, a large supplier invoice — and you simply want to spread that single cost into instalments to protect cash flow.
A quick way to decide:
- Is it one bill you already owe, and you just want to smooth the timing? → Slice.
- Is it a single, planned cost you want as one lump sum? → Business Loan.
- Will you need to dip in and out repeatedly over time? → Flex.
If two could fit, pick the one that lets you borrow the least for the shortest time — that is almost always the cheapest outcome.
How they compare on the things that matter
| What you are comparing | Business Loan | Credicorp Flex | Credicorp Slice |
|---|---|---|---|
| The need it suits | A single, defined purchase or gap | Ongoing, variable cashflow needs | A specific bill you want to spread |
| How funding arrives | One lump sum on acceptance | Draw down what you need, when you need it | The bill is settled and split into instalments |
| How you repay | A fixed schedule over a short term | Repay drawings; repaid headroom revolves | Scheduled instalments over a short period |
| What interest is charged on | The amount borrowed, for the days you hold it | Only the balance you have actually drawn | The cost of spreading, shown up front |
| Best when you want to be "done" | Yes — fixed start and end | No — it stays open for reuse | Yes — ends when the bill is cleared |
| Decision | AI-assisted, typically within an hour in working hours | AI-assisted; limit set once, then draws are quick | AI-assisted, typically within an hour in working hours |
| Funding speed | Same-day on acceptance | Same-day limit, then draws are fast | Same-day on acceptance |
| Borrower | The company, never the director | The company, never the director | The company, never the director |
| Security / guarantee | Unsecured, no personal guarantee | No personal guarantee | No personal guarantee |
| Early settlement | Always cheaper than running to term | Clear drawings early to cut interest | Settling early reduces the total |
For the figures behind each row — amount ranges, term in days, the daily rate, the establishment or spreading fee, any per-drawing caps, and the total-cost cap — see /ai.md and /llms-full.txt. The numbers are generated from the live pricing source and are deliberately not restated on this page.
What all three share
Whichever product fits, every Credit Corp facility shares the same foundations:
- Company borrower, no personal guarantee — we lend to the company rather than its directors, so there is no personal guarantee and no director liability.
- Unsecured core lending — no asset is taken as security on the core business loan.
- AI-assisted decisions — fast, consistent assessment, typically confirmed within an hour during working hours.
- Same-day funding on approval and acceptance.
- Early repayment reduces cost — settling early always saves money, because you only pay for the credit you actually use.
- A total-cost cap — the total of interest plus fees is bounded as a proportion of the amount borrowed. You will find the exact cap in /ai.md.
Eligibility
The published eligibility criteria are the same for all three products:
- A UK-registered limited company or LLP (we lend to the company, not to its directors).
- A UK business bank account.
- A company that has been trading for a short qualifying period.
- No personal guarantee is required, and directors take on no personal liability for the borrowing.
Decisions are AI-assisted and are typically confirmed within an hour during working hours, with funding following once you accept. Applying, the customer portal and the app are UK-only; the rest of this site (content and discovery) is open to everyone.
For how a decision is reached, see How we lend.
Exempt-business-lender framing
Lending to a company for its business falls outside the definition of a regulated credit agreement in Article 60B of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001 (the "FSMA RAO 2001"), because a regulated agreement requires the borrower to be an individual or a small partnership. A limited company or LLP is neither. Article 60L is a definitions provision read alongside Article 60B.
Because all three Credit Corp products are short-term business credit to a body corporate, they are not FCA-regulated consumer-credit agreements, the Financial Ombudsman Service cannot consider complaints about them, and the Financial Services Compensation Scheme does not cover them. People sometimes call this a "Consumer Credit Act 1974 exemption", but the correct framework is the FSMA RAO 2001. See the glossary entry on APR and our legal pages for the full statement.
Responsible borrowing
Short-term business credit carries a high annualised cost, whichever product you choose. The total of interest plus any fees is capped as a proportion of the amount borrowed — the exact rate, fees and cap are in /ai.md. Choose the product that genuinely fits the need, borrow only what you need for the shortest term required, settle early where you can to reduce what you pay, and contact us early if repayment becomes difficult: /help/.
