The Credicorp mark and the Creditcorp mark carry different numbers, different owners and different class coverage. They sit alongside each other under the trade mark coexistence and consent agreement of 30 April 2026 between Credit Corp Group Limited and CM Beyer Limited, which we set out in our earlier newsroom note.
What this means for customers
For customers, the day-to-day picture is unchanged. You continue to deal with Credit Corp Group Limited, company number 17338274, at credicorp.co.uk. Your Business Loan Agreement, payment schedule, contact points and account history stay exactly as they are. The registration confirms the legal footing of a brand you already recognise. No product, price or term changes as a result.
