Is Credit Corp Group a completely new company?
Credit Corp Group Limited (company number 17338274) is our group company, set up in July 2026. Credicorp Limited (company number 16093826) is the lender you deal with today and remains part of the same group. Credit Corp Group is not a stranger buying the business — it is the group the business is consolidating into.
Will I be asked to move my agreement from Credicorp to Credit Corp Group?
Not right now. Your existing agreement stays with Credicorp Limited on the terms you signed. The lending business is intended to move to Credit Corp Group Limited in stages over time, and if anything about your agreement ever needs to change we contact you directly and explain it — not simply relabel it.
Why register a second, similar-sounding trade mark at all?
The two related companies wanted long-term legal certainty that both names could be used without dispute. A formal coexistence agreement — covered in our Newsroom article — achieves that cleanly, rather than leaving the position ambiguous.
Does this affect my Credicorp Flex or Credicorp Slice product specifically?
No. Credicorp Loan, Credicorp Flex and Credicorp Slice continue exactly as described in your agreement and on this site, regardless of which brand name appears in marketing you happen to see.
How will I know if credicorp.co.uk is closing down?
It is not closing today. As the business moves to Credit Corp Group over time, the way you reach us may eventually change — and if it does, we would say so clearly, in the Newsroom and on this page, well in advance. As things stand, this site continues in full.
Who do I contact if I am ever unsure which brand I am dealing with?
Use the contact details on this site (credicorp.co.uk/contact) for anything to do with your Credicorp agreement. See Is creditcorp.co.uk really us? if you want to double-check a specific link or message.
Which name appears on legal documents and products?
Credicorp Limited remains the legal entity on your agreement, and Credicorp Loan, Credicorp Flex and Credicorp Slice keep their product names. Credit Corp Group is the group company, and Creditcorp is the brand the group uses.
