The transition
Where we are now
We are at the parallel-brands stage. Credit Corp Group Limited is set up and active as the group company, and Credicorp Limited is still the lender on your agreement. Keep using Credicorp, the same website and the same customer area, exactly as you do today.
The four phases
- Launch (done): Credit Corp Group Limited was set up — incorporated 14 July 2026 and named on 15 July 2026.
- Parallel brands (now): Credicorp and Credit Corp Group run side by side, Credicorp Limited remains your lender, and nothing has transferred.
- Transfer (next): the lending business, customer agreements and trade marks are intended to move to Credit Corp Group Limited in stages, each with advance notice.
- Credit Corp Group takes over (then): Credit Corp Group Limited becomes the principal operating company for the lending business.
What this does not change today
- Your agreement, your balance and your repayment dates.
- The Credicorp website and customer area you already use.
- How to reach us, and the team assessing applications and servicing accounts.
How we tell you about each step
Any step that affects your account is announced in advance — in the Newsroom and on this page — with clear notice, rather than left for you to notice from a quiet change. We will never ask you to move money to a new account because of a name or group change. If anyone does, it is not us.
