Letter Before Action served on 25 July 2026
On 25 July 2026 our Letter Before Action was served on Credit Corp Financial Services (UK) Limited (company number 10480946), at its registered office and by email, under our reference CC/TM/2026/001. The letter sets out our two registered rights, our grounds under section 10 of the Trade Marks Act 1994 and in passing off, and requires signed written undertakings by 5.00pm on Monday 10 August 2026.
No response has been received
As at the date of this update, no response of any kind has been received — no acknowledgement of receipt, no request for time, and no engagement on the substance.
What happens next
If the required undertakings are not received by 5.00pm on Monday 10 August 2026, on the next business day our companies will:
- file an application under section 69 of the Companies Act 2006 with the Company Names Tribunal for the removal of the offending company name from the register;
- issue proceedings in the High Court of Justice against Credit Corp Financial Services (UK) Limited (10480946) for infringement of the UK registered trade marks UK00004156742 CREDICORP and UK00004379570 CREDITCORP, and for passing off, seeking an injunction, an account of profits, damages in the alternative, delivery-up, and costs on the indemnity basis; and
- reserve the right, as persons aggrieved by the confusion arising from the shared corporate identity, to notify the Financial Conduct Authority of the position.
All rights and remedies of Credit Corp Group Limited and of CM Beyer Limited are expressly reserved. This update is a further public notification of our two registered rights. From receipt of this notice, any continued supply of services under the sign in the United Kingdom is made with full knowledge of both registrations, and is relevant to the questions of good faith and of costs.

Your report may form part of the evidence in the proceedings foreshadowed above; we will not use your name in any public filing without your consent.
